Low interest rates, ample inventory, and the real estate market finally finding its bottom after more than 6 years have contributed to these investors jumping back in. Deep pocket investors have been steady and reliable, but the field has expanded to include HGTV junkies! I you are thinking about investing and considering a "flip", the first thing you should do is find a LOCAL real estate agent who KNOWS the market & the inventory. I have always had investors on my client list and have specialized checklists when working for them. I have been one myself and with Spring right around the corner, I am beginning to feel the "itch" again.
